Ten ASU students from the Walter Cronkite School Journalism and Mass Communication traveled to South Africa in the wake of the xenophobic attacks in May 2008 to document the lives of immigrants and those no longer welcome in the country. They visited schools, soup kitchens, orphanages and poverty-stricken townships.
