Getting the best shot of the Too Hot Tamales was the goal of the crew.

Cameras focus, crew members stand atop crates for a better shot; somewhere, in the hallway, a hush begins to form, working its way toward the kitchen in the Guilds' semi-chaotic home.

Somehow, without being told, everyone seems to sense that it's time to begin the taping. Silence now.

With cameras rolling, Fenzl easily chats with Milliken and Feniger.

Everywhere, the air is infused with sweet, spicy smells. Here, the eye of the storm, is what you'll see on the "Savor the Southwest" series.
