Making it happen
Inside the Guilds' home is another matter. When A La Carte Communications is working on a cooking show, heed this advice: stay out of the way. Under producer Geoffrey Drummond's control, the crew sizzles with action. Everything is timed, every second is accounted for. Does it look like Drummond and Fenzl are simply passing time near the long, folding table in the garage? Look again. Behind the table, assistants are frantically preparing and arranging the dishes for featured segments. Fenzl and Drummond may seem relaxed here, but they scrutinize the work, talk about the dishes, prepare for the next taping.
