Sentencing Reform

• A group of Arizona attorneys wants to reform Arizona’s sentencing laws. It's believed there are better, more cost effective ways to deal with non-violent offenders than keeping them in prison. Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery explains why he believes changes are not needed.
