"My concern is that by the time we bring people into the
concept that preserving view sheds and open space is achieved,
there won't be a whole lot left so that everybody will give their
stamp of approval to the concept but I don't think we're quite
seeing it yet. We're still struggling every day to preserve washes
and open space in planned community development. Every acre you
take is a struggle."
