Kierstin is a graduate of the L'Ecole Superieure de Cuisine Francaise - Ferrandi in Paris, France where she attained her certification in French cuisine by the French government (CAP.)  Kierstin worked at Seize au Seize a one star Michelin restaurant in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.  In 2004 she started Amuse Bouche Catering with her husband and co-chef, Snir Mor.  Kierstin is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area where she worked in high technology.  Her training includes culinary, patisserie, and boulangerie.

Snir is a graduate of the L'Ecole Superieure de Cuisine Francaise - Ferrandi in Paris, France where he attained his certification in French cuisine by the French government (CAP.)  Snir has worked in numerous restaurants in Paris, some of which include Laperouse, La Gare, Amphycles, and the famous hotel Crillon.  Snir is originally from Tel Aviv, Israel where he worked as an electrical engineer in the Israeli Navy.  Snir's training includes culinary, patisserie, boulangerie, and boucherie.

Together

Snir and Kierstin met and fell in love in culinary school in Paris.  They moved to the Phoenix area to realize their dream of having their own restaurant and to be close to family.  They opened Amuse Bouche Gourmet Bistro 5 years ago, followed by Mor Gourmet Foods which distributes their specialty food products.  Amuse Bouche Bistro has been featured in the New York Times, The Arizona Republic, Phoenix Magazine, and PBS Channel Eight 'Check Please! Arizona.'  Their bistro is a combination of classic French technique with contemporary American flavors.  They have 3 young children, Olivia (7), Cole (4), and Bay (1), and are honored to be raising their family and living their dream as a part of the Phoenix food scene.
