About this Book
Billy was caught in the middle of one of the bloodiest conflicts in the history of the west. Was he a defender of justice or a ruthless killer? The events surrounding his life are often cloaked in mystery and blurred by myth. Did he actually kill 21 men, one for each year of his life? Did he carve notches on his gun? Were Billy and Pat Garrett good friends? Did Billy cheat death and live out his life as Brushy Bill?
