  • Verde River Artwork  |   Video
    • Last April, 25 artists were sent by the Verde Valley Land Preservation organization on a 3-day, 2-night kayaking and camping tour down a 10-mile stretch of the Verde River. Artwork inspired from that trip is now a traveling exhibition that is currently at the State Capitol Executive Tower lobby. Steve Estes of Verde Valley Land Preservation and one of the participating artists Joanne Agostinelli, will discuss the effort and resulting artwork.

    • Australian company EnviroMission is planning to build a massive solar tower in La Paz County, Arizona. Chris Davey, EnviroMission’s executive director, talks about his company’s solar tower technology that uses virtually no water to produce utility scale amounts of solar energy.

  • 9-11 Survivor  |   Video
    • seven years after the terrorist attacks of September 11, the memories are still fresh for some. They are for Joe Dittmar, who was on the 105th floor of the World Trade Center's south tower when the first airplane hit the north tower. He was in Phoenix last week to speak at the Healing Field a display of nearly 3000 American flags for each person who died in the terrorist attacks. Dittmar shared his memories of that day in NYC.
