A new report by Smart Growth America, a group that advocates for a reduction in urban sprawl, shows the Phoenix area does poorly when it comes to utilizing land. Grady Gammage Jr., a senior sustainability scholar at Arizona State University‚Äôs Global Institute of Sustainability, will discuss the problem of urban sprawl in the Phoenix Metro area.
