  • AZ Technology and Innovation: Arizona Science Center Exhibit   |   Video
    • The Arizona Science Center has a new exhibit that’s all about designing, creating and inventing. “Imaginate” is a completely hands-on exhibit that encourages kids to test out their ideas and theories. The 8,000 square-foot exhibit features a paper plane making station, a wind tunnel, dance room and stop-motion filmmaking. The exhibit runs through January 5th. We’ll give you a video tour.

  • Electronic Devices on Planes  |   Video
    • The FAA has approved allowing expanded use of portable electronic devices during all phases of a flight, including take off and landings. Air passengers will be able to use the devices, with some exceptions. Michelle Donati of AAA Arizona will detail the changes.

  • Solar Impulse  |   Video
    • Saturday just after midnight, history was made at Sky Harbor Airport. That’s when the solar-powered plane “Solar Impulse” landed on the first stop of its trip across the country. The plane can fly at 40-miles-per-hour day or night. Pilots Bertrand Piccard and André Borschberg talk about the revolutionary aircraft.
