- HORIZON introduces one of the most prominent professors on the Arizona State University campus, Assistant Law Professor Orde Kittrie. A former U.S. Department of State Director of International Anti-Crime Programs, Orde Kittrie has worked on U.S.-Mexico border issues, the reform of Jordanian business law, and negotiated five nuclear nonproliferation agreements between the U.S. and Russia, among many other initiatives.
